The Colorado Belle house an upstairs shopping area featuring fine gifts, apparel, collectibles, logo merchandise, a Candy Shoppe with homemade fudge and candy treats, The Pearl Farm with exclusive pearl jewelry, and several other shops. The upstairs area of the Colorado Belle also includes a video arcade filled with a 100 of the latest games. A 255,000 square-foot factory outlet mall. The dual-level Horizon Outlet Center features 50 food and retail outlets, a cinema complex and basement parking garage for 1,220 vehicles.
